For the first time, the latest Maybach SUV spotted on Ukrainian roads (video) en

While some people in Kyiv are crowding around the country’s main Christmas tree (quarantine? Lockdown? From January 8th, if you ask), others are already working and giving themselves New Year’s gifts. In this case, it’s about the newest and one of the most luxurious SUVs in the world, the Mercedes-Maybach GLS.

This crossover was already included in TopGir’s list of the most expensive cars in Ukraine for 2020, but back then we wrote about imported rather than purchased units.

In this video, you can see that the car is already registered and has a Kyiv license. Moreover, by the digital combination on the plates, one can guess who became one of the first (or the first?) owners of the luxury Mercedes-Maybach GLS in Ukraine.

As we wrote earlier, license plates with the combination “7733” are the favorite of an exclusive car enthusiast, Igor Voronov, co-owner of Sport Life fitness clubs, “Tsarske Selo” and “Fellini” restaurants, “Ukraine” cinema, and “UNIQA” insurance company. Moreover, Igor Voronov is considered to own the largest collection of sculptures and paintings in Eastern Europe.

As for the Mercedes-Maybach GLS, its price in Ukraine ranges from 300,000 to 400,000 dollars, but the upper limit depends on the customer’s wishes.

As the specifications of the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 indicate, despite the digital designation (and as has become customary lately), it is equipped not with a 6-liter engine, but a 4-liter twin-turbo engine with 558 horsepower, which provides acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds!

What distinguishes the Maybach GLS from the regular GLS? First of all, it’s a Maybach, secondly, it’s visually apparent. Thirdly, inside there is a bunch of equipment (including a perfume diffuser, etc.), which is simply not available for the “ordinary” Mercedes-Benz GLS. The interior, upholstery, touchscreens, air suspension with road scanner, and much more.
