Agency J.D. Power has published its traditional quality rating. This time it explored the European market. The main criterion of the study is the number of problems per 100 cars.
Malfunctions were divided into 8 categories: body, handling, options and displays, audio and multimedia, seats, climate, interior, and powertrain.
Overall, the quality level of cars improved compared to 2018. Although it’s noted that modern technologies are not always reliable. Premium brands especially suffer from this.
