The Galaxy M7 uses a 1.5-liter gasoline engine paired with a 29.8 kWh lithium-iron-phosphate battery and an electric motor. On electric power alone, the SUV can travel up to 225 kilometers. The combined range with the internal combustion engine reaches an incredible 1730 kilometers.

The center console features two small crystal switches and a large crystal rotary selector.
