by It’s hard to believe, but the iconic supercar Lamborghini Diablo is celebrating its 30th anniversary today. In this regard, let’s recall the most interesting stories about Lamborghini Diablo in Ukraine.
It should be noted that a total of 2884 Lamborghini Diablo were produced – an excellent figure for a supercar. At least four coupes are registered in our country, and these are undoubtedly some of the brightest supercars of Ukraine.
A Refugee from War
This 1992 Lamborghini Diablo has a very complicated fate. Previously, this early series 492-horsepower coupe was registered in Donetsk, but with the outbreak of hostilities, it was moved to Odessa.
Then the Lamborghini supercar ended up in Kyiv, and in a very deplorable state. Fortunately, the car was restored, and now it is up for sale.
Lamborghini Diablo with Euro Plates
Lamborghini Diablo on plates is already fun, and there are two of such cars in Kyiv! Moreover, both are in the final top version VT 6.0 with all-wheel drive and a 550-horsepower 6-liter V12.
By the way, one of these coupes is very special. This particular car was previously built specifically for the new head of Lamborghini, Franz-Josef Pefgen.
Tuning Lamborghini in Ukrainian Style
In Ukraine, they even did tuning on Lamborghini Diablo. Moreover, it was very, very unconventional – it was transformed into a more modern Lamborghini Murcielago coupe.
Of course, it turned out to be original, but the homemade Lamborghini Murcielago in Ukraine doesn’t look worse. Moreover, now the Diablo is much more appreciated by collectors than the Murcielago and costs more. And the fate of this car is currently unknown.
