Porsche 911 Turbo S 2026 gets a hybrid powertrain
The updated Porsche 911 Turbo S is equipped with a 3.6-liter six-cylinder boxer engine with two electrified turbochargers and a new T-Hybrid hybrid system. The total power output of the powertrain is 711 hp, and the maximum torque reaches 800 Nm.
The sports car comes with an 8-speed PDK automated transmission with an integrated electric motor and all-wheel drive. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 2.5 seconds, and the top speed is 322 km/h.

According to Porsche, the new Turbo S has become the most powerful production version of the 911 in the model’s entire history. The hybrid system has helped reduce turbo lag and improve the engine’s response to accelerator pedal inputs.
The model also features a modernized chassis, active aerodynamics, larger carbon-ceramic brakes, and an updated Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control suspension management system.
