Ultra-limited Mini Classic from 2000 spotted in Kyiv (photo)

A rare Mini Classic Knightsbridge from 2000 was photographed in the capital. The car belongs to the special Swiss Final Edition 2000 series and is one of the rarest examples of the classic Mini produced at the end of the model’s history. The photo was published on the Top Cars UA Instagram account.

According to available information, the car spotted in Kyiv has serial number 27 out of 41 produced units. The production of this series was limited to only a few dozen cars.

The special Knightsbridge version was based on the classic Mini ADO20 and became one of the last limited modifications before the production of the legendary model ended.

The total production run of the series was only 41 cars, making it one of the rarest in the Mini Classic family. This is why such cars are extremely rarely seen on roads outside of Western Europe.

The example spotted in Kyiv belongs to the Swiss Final Edition 2000 series created for the Swiss market.

The ultra-limited Mini Classic is equipped with a 1.3-liter engine

The car is equipped with a 1.3-liter four-cylinder petrol engine. The power output of the engine is 63 hp, and the maximum torque reaches 95 Nm.

The compact hatchback accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 13.8 seconds. The model’s top speed is 143 km/h.

The classic Mini remains one of the most famous British models of the 20th century. The limited Knightsbridge version was one of the final special editions before production of the original Mini was finally discontinued in 2000.
