However, the license plates make us doubt the authenticity of the photo. The thing is, such license plates were issued until 2004, while the production of the Bugatti Veyron started in 2005.

So, it is very likely that Photoshop is involved. And this is not the first such case. Moreover, there are several such photos on this Instagram page, even with Zhytomyr number plates.
Although we do not lose hope of finally seeing a Bugatti Veyron in Ukraine. Rumor has it that there are even several such cars in our country, but they are hidden from public view.
Let us recall that from 2005 to 2015, 450 Bugatti Veyrons were produced. This 1001-horsepower hypercar was the first series-production car to exceed a speed of 400 km/h.
