by The Stellantis group plans a significant expansion of the model range in the Ukrainian market. In total, over the next six months, 12 new models and modifications of Citroen, Peugeot, Opel, and DS will appear in our country.
The main novelty from Peugeot is the new 308. The hatchback will appear here in January, and in February the wagon will join it. In the spring, electric versions of the Peugeot 2008 crossover and the Rifter minivan will be presented.
Citroen recently brought the new C4 to Ukraine, and in May its electric version will be added. The Citroen C5 Aircross crossover will receive a hybrid variant with 225 hp.
In November, the new Opel Mokka will get an electric modification. The updated Opel Grandland will be brought in February, and the new Opel Astra in April.
By the end of the year, the DS4 crossover and the large E-class sedan DS9 will appear in Ukraine. The DS3 Crossback will soon also get an electric variant.
In addition, the “family” of Stellantis Ukraine will now include Jeep – the group will undertake to develop the dealership network of the American brand. At the beginning of 2022, four models will be relaunched. Only two of them have been disclosed so far – Jeep Wrangler and the new Jeep Grand Cherokee.
This year, Stellantis in Ukraine shows significant sales growth. In 9 months, 3476 Peugeot (+23.66%), 3040 Citroen (+50.72%), 971 Opel (+78%), and 110 DS (+44.74%) have been sold. The group’s share in our car market increased to 8.9%, and by the end of the year, it should reach 10.5%. In the segment of light commercial models, Stellantis is the leader with a 35% market share.
