In Kyiv, a 1973 Ford Thunderbird has been put up for sale. The car’s price, to be honest, is shocking – 120 thousand euros. For this money, you could buy a new G-Wagon or a Porsche 911.
The car is not exactly rare, as a total of 300,000 Thunderbirds of this generation were produced, 87,000 of them in 1973. However, the car is excellently preserved, and its mileage is only 6,500 km. By the way, its previous owner was the well-known farmer from Poltava, Oleksandr Polyaka.
The huge Ford coupe is 5.7 meters long and is equipped with a gigantic 7.5-liter V8 engine, although its power is just 220 hp.
It is paired with a 3-speed automatic transmission.
The Ford Thunderbird equipment includes a leather interior, air conditioning, cruise control, power package, and power steering. Besides, the Thunderbird is one of the first cars with ABS.
