by The Verkhovna Rada introduced another postponement for owners of cars with European plates. The corresponding bill was supported by 284 deputies, despite the fines already being in force. 
For 90 days after the publication of the law, fines will again not be applied for undocumented cars that violated transit and temporary import rules. However, the ruling faction calls the current deferral the last one and promises to prepare a new law on car documentation within these three months. In this situation, it is interesting what will happen to those citizens who have already been fined between 8,500 and 17,000 hryvnias.
And there are already a couple of hundred of such cases just in the first two weeks of the fines’ implementation.
