by In Kyiv, a very stylish hot-rod GAZ-21 was captured on a tow truck. The old Volga was transformed into an elegant American-style convertible, reports “AutoCenter”. 
The Volga GAZ-21 convertible was made two-door and lowered. Its roof is cut off, and the windshield became lower. The soft top can be removed but does not fold.
The interior of the GAZ-21 has been reupholstered in leather, and a modern sound system disguised as an old radio has been installed. In addition, the 2.4-liter engine’s cylinder head has been polished. An air suspension was also added. 
At one time, the Volga convertible appeared in the music video by Boombox, TNMK, and Pianoboy “For You.” And last year, it was sold for only $4300.
