The fresh Volkswagen model will be built on the original Scout frame platform, which was specially designed for it. The company representative did not disclose any details about this platform. It is planned that the SUV will have an electric setup and will be produced at the Scout plant in South Carolina by 2027.
According to internal sources, Volkswagen’s novelty will be a logical continuation of the ID concept.
