Unique off-road vehicle from Performmaster
In a world where modified Mercedes-Benz G-Wagens are surprisingly common, creating a truly unique vehicle becomes a real challenge. One can opt for wide wheel arches, massive bumpers, or large rear wings, but Performmaster took a different path with its new version of the G-Class.
The model is named G805 Sterling Brush. Its production will be limited to just eight examples worldwide, with only three cars planned to be assembled annually. Like previous G-Class versions from Performmaster, this one features an aggressive body kit, but the main highlight is the paintwork.
Handcrafted work and exclusive design
The car is covered in a special silver shade that was meticulously handcrafted. Thousands of small brush strokes create an effect reminiscent of the texture of brushed stainless steel. According to the tuner, the painting process alone takes over 600 hours, and no two vehicles will be identical.
In addition to the unique paintwork, this G-Class stands out with an extreme body kit. It includes widened wheel arches and a modified front end with a new bumper, air intakes, and a radiator grille made of carbon fiber. Performmaster also added additional headlights above the windshield, installed retractable side steps, and a new rear bumper. Furthermore, a new spare wheel carrier and 24-inch forged wheels were added.
Premium-class interior
The interior also received a full bespoke upgrade package. The new seats are upholstered in blue leather, with fine silver piping and stitching throughout the cabin. The headliner is adorned with a starlit sky, borrowed directly from Rolls-Royce’s arsenal.
Power and dynamics
No modified G-Class can do without serious powertrain intervention, and this case is no exception. New turbochargers and a special exhaust system were added to the 4.0-liter V8 engine. This made it possible to achieve 805 horsepower and 1020 Nm of torque. Acceleration to 100 km/h takes just 3.69 seconds.
Performmaster offers only 8 examples of this extreme G-Class.
The 4.0-liter V8 was upgraded with new turbochargers.
The silver paint is applied by hand and requires 600 hours of work.
This approach to creating an exclusive vehicle demonstrates that even in the saturated tuning segment, one can find a way to stand out not only through power but also through unique details and craftsmanship. The combination of 600 hours of manual labor on the paintwork, a limited run of 8 cars, and over 800 horsepower makes this G-Class not just a means of transportation but a true work of art on wheels, which will undoubtedly attract the attention of collectors and connoisseurs of the highest level of customization.
