The new Mercedes supercar has become the most expensive car to maintain

The fantastic Mercedes-AMG One supercar impressed not only with its features and price, but also with its maintenance costs. The service station bills for car maintenance may shock you.

For instance, after 50,000 km of mileage, the Mercedes-AMG One requires a full transmission overhaul and replacement of several components. This will cost up to 850,000 euros, equivalent to the price of two Ferrari 812 Superfasts or Lamborghini Aventadors.

Probably no other model in history has required spending a third of its price on maintenance. Even the Bugatti Chiron and Veyron are cheaper to maintain.

The oil in the 1.6-liter turbo engine of the Mercedes-AMG One needs to be changed every 5000 km. The cost of the procedure is not specified, but it is obviously expensive as well since the engine is not easily accessible. Tires and ceramic brakes are also costly consumables.
