The first photos of the Audi RS6 2020 have been presented. Traditionally, the charged Audi wagon was revealed first: it will be shown in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
The new Audi RS6 Avant is equipped with a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine with 600 hp and a maximum torque of 800 Nm. It accelerates to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds and to 200 km/h in 12 seconds. The top speed is limited to 250 or 305 km/h.
A hybrid system now helps save fuel.
An 8-speed automatic transmission, permanent Quattro all-wheel drive, air suspension with adjustable ground clearance, and adaptive dampers are mandatory. The chassis is retuned, and carbon-ceramic brakes are available for an additional fee.
The new Audi RS6 can be easily distinguished by its widened fenders, special radiator grille, body kit, and 21-inch alloy wheels. At the rear, two wide exhaust pipes are visible.
The interior features sport seats and a flat-bottom steering wheel. The virtual cockpit graphics have also been changed, and carbon has appeared in the trim alongside leather. The trunk volume is 565 liters, and folding the rear seats can increase it to 1680 liters.
