Concept Presentation
Lamborghini introduced the Temerario GT3 in the summer and has now unveiled the Temerario Super Trofeo concept. The demonstration took place at the Misano circuit last weekend; this concept showcases the race car that will debut on the track in 2027.
Lineup Update
The new model, created to replace the Huracán Super Trofeo, is positioned as “the highest embodiment of our philosophy of driving pleasure.” It inherited a number of components from the Temerario GT3, including the engine and gearbox, and is offered as an ideal option for those wishing to get acquainted with the world of GT racing.
Aggressive Design
Lamborghini did not provide many details, but the concept features an aggressive exterior with sharp edges and a pronounced front splitter. Also noticeable are vented wings, sporty side skirts, and likely lightweight plexiglass glazing. The package is complemented by a huge rear wing and a massive diffuser.

Engine Power
The company confirmed that the car is equipped with a bi-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine without hybrid technology. It develops 641 horsepower and delivers power to the rear wheels. This is less than the 907-hp Temerario but more than the Temerario GT3 with 542 hp. The engine is paired with a six-speed sequential gearbox from Hoer.
Technical Features
The race car features a hybrid ALU/CFK chassis with an integrated FIA safety roll cage, ABS brakes, and an adjustable traction control system with 12 settings. The use of a Capristo exhaust system, BMC filters, and KW suspension components is also anticipated.

Interior and Materials
Inside, drivers will find Dinamica Infinity upholstery on the dashboard – this is the “world’s first 100% PES mono-component non-woven suede for automotive applications.”
Management’s Words
Lamborghini was not created as a racing brand, yet our customers constantly asked us for a product designed for the track, noted Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann.
With the Temerario Super Trofeo, we are taking another decisive step, confirming our promise to provide a pure race car for the growing community that joins us during Lamborghini Super Trofeo weekends, he added.
This model demonstrates how Lamborghini adapts to market demands, offering specialized track versions that combine high performance with accessibility for amateurs. The departure from hybridization in this version may indicate the preservation of the brand’s traditional values for specific customer segments.
