In honor of the 30th anniversary of Ukraine’s independence, TopGir has compiled a selection of the thirty most interesting sports cars that have graced our roads in the past three decades.
- Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione Quadrifoglio
The Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione in the rare Quadrifoglio version was first spotted in Kyiv in spring 2021. Only 20 of these cars were built, two of which are registered in Ukraine. This particular example (pictured) was released in 2008. A new Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione Quadrifoglio cost an astonishing $250,000.
- Aston Martin DBS Superleggera
Aston Martin DBS Superleggera is a high-performance version of the famous DB 11 coupe. Of course, it’s a very rare car, but in Ukraine, there are at least two of them — one in Kyiv and another in Vinnytsia. The cost is almost $373,000.
- Aston Martin One-77
The Aston Martin One-77 is the most expensive “Aston” in the world. In 2013, one of these supercars (only 77 were produced) appeared in Ukraine, purchased by the famous billionaire Konstantin Zhevago. Rumor has it that the wealthy Ukrainian got the “77th” for $2 million (and that was at the exchange rate of 8 years ago)!
4. Bentley Mulsanne W.O. Edition by Mulliner
This exclusive Bentley sedan was prepared for the 100th anniversary of the brand. Its cost is 15 million hryvnias.
5. Bugatti Veyron
For many years, we awaited the appearance of the famous Veyron in Ukraine. And finally, in June 2021, it happened: the iconic 1500-horsepower Bugatti was spotted on the streets of Kyiv, not just any, but from the limited series — Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse WRC.
6. Dartz White Horse
The Latvian SUV Dartz White Horse was created specifically for the Chinese market, but in 2019, it was unexpectedly captured in Kyiv and then in Odessa (with Romanian plates). The exact cost of the car is unknown, but rumors suggest it ranges from $300,000 to $1 million.
