An iconic sports car, the BMW Z3 M Coupe, known among brand enthusiasts by the unofficial nickname “Shoe” due to its unusual body shape, was photographed in the capital. The feature of this example is the right-hand drive layout, making the car even rarer on Ukrainian roads. The photo was published on the Top Cars UA account on the Instagram social network.

The BMW Z3 M Coupe was produced from 1998 to 2002. The model became a high-performance version of the coupe based on the Z3 roadster and received technical components from BMW M sports models.

According to official data, only 6,291 units of the BMW Z3 M Coupe were produced over the entire production period. It is this limited production run that made the model one of the most valuable modern classic BMWs.

The car is distinguished by its compact dimensions, long hood, and characteristic rear body section, thanks to which it earned its unofficial nickname among automotive enthusiasts.

The BMW Z3 M Coupe is considered one of the most striking models from the BMW M division of the late 1990s. Due to its limited production run and unusual design, such cars remain a rarity even on the European market today, and the appearance of a right-hand drive example in Kyiv is a fairly uncommon event for Ukrainian car enthusiasts.
