For comparison, last year he paid $3.7 million for the first Corvette C8 ZR1. All proceeds from the sale of this Corvette ZR1X will be donated to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which provides free housing for the families of fallen military personnel and first responders, as well as builds special “smart homes” for wounded veterans.
