At the Chicago Auto Show, the new seventh-generation Subaru Legacy was unveiled. The flagship Subaru sedan was prepared for the 30th anniversary of the model, and it will be on sale from the fall.

The body rigidity has increased by 70%.
The main innovation in the cabin is a large 11.6-inch touchscreen in the style of Tesla and Volvo. The options list for the first time includes Wi-Fi, front seat ventilation, and driver fatigue monitoring technology.
In addition, all 2020 Subaru Legacy models come equipped with the EyeSight safety package, including pre-collision braking and lane-keeping systems.
The new Subaru Legacy will be equipped with a proven 182-horsepower naturally aspirated 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine and a 2.4-liter 260-horsepower turbocharged engine from the Ascent crossover.
Acceleration to 100 km/h is 8.4 and 6.1 seconds, respectively.
Both modifications are equipped with a CVT Lineartronic continuously variable transmission. Naturally, permanent all-wheel drive is mandatory.
